Things to know about your holiday

• Arrival & departure
  
  
  • Check-in is possible from about 15:00 to 19:00; later arrivals must be announced in advance.
    If available, different check-in times can be arranged the evening before the day of arrival by e-mail or telephone.
  • Check-out is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, provided that the final bill has been paid by the evening before departure at the latest.


• Price information:
  
  
  • Final cleaning is INCLUSIVE for a stay of 10 nights or more, otherwise a flat charge is made depending on the size of the apartment. This is listed in the concrete offer.
  • The minimum stay is 3 nights (always charged, even in case of early departure), in high season 7 nights.
  • The tourist tax is currently 1.35 Euro per person (from the age of 14) per night. It must be paid in cash at the end of your stay on site and does not benefit your host, but supports the local tourism infrastructure as a tax.
  • Pets are allowed by arrangement. Condition: basket and/or blanket(s) for your four-legged friend. The surcharge is 8 Euro per pet and day up to a maximum surcharge of 80 Euro per apartment.


• Included in the price:
  
  
  • The pick-up and delivery service at Innichen / San Candido railway station for arrival and departure by public transport is included.
  • Internet access (max. 100/50 MBit/s) via ticket system is included in the price for 8 nights or more, otherwise optional.
  • Children up to 3 years stay free of charge.


• Cancellation policy:
  
  For the final booking we need a "earnest money" of about 20% of the price of your stay. This is non-refundable. There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the consumer protection codex.
  In case of a "no-show" we charge the full price of the stay. In any case you will receive detailed information in our reservation confirmation BEFORE you have paid anything.
  We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.
• All apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking is prohibited by law in Italy in all interior public rooms.
